Once a box leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of USPS to control tracking and delivery. Sometimes, packages can be mis-scanned, scanned early, or could be waiting at your post office to be picked up. Chances are, your box is still on its way to you!
Here's what you can do:
- Make sure your shipping address is correct. You can read more about updating your address here.
- Please check in with your local post office to locate your box.
- Give your box seven business days from the "delivered" date to arrive at your address.
