My tracking information says "delivered," but I haven't received my box. Help!

Once a box leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of USPS to control tracking and delivery. Sometimes, packages can be mis-scanned, scanned early, or could be waiting at your post office to be picked up. Chances are, your box is still on its way to you!

Here's what you can do:

  1. Make sure your shipping address is correct. You can read more about updating your address here.
  2. Please check in with your local post office to locate your box.
  3. Give your box seven business days from the "delivered" date to arrive at your address.
