We ship boxes out in two batches each month. The first batch ships out on the last business day of the month. The second batch ships out the following week.
- If you sign up between the 1st and 20th of the month, you will be in the first batch.
- If you sign up between the 20th and last day of the month, you will be in the second batch.
You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your box ships.
Other tips for managing your account information:
- If you're looking to change your shipping address, updates to your account must be made before the 20th of each month. Learn how to change your shipping address here.
- Our system automatically downloads all active members on the 20th, so we can send them boxes. If you decide to cancel your ArtSnacks subscription before the 20th, you will not receive the box you've paid for unless you email us at support@artsnacks.co.
