Every month, a shipping notification will be sent to you via email with a tracking number in it. This tracking number will tell you where your box is traveling to, as well as give you a projected delivery date.
If you do not receive your box by the delivery date, you have 60 days from the box ship date to contact us regarding your missing box. Customers who contact Support within those 60 days are eligible for a refund or a replacement box. For international customers, you have 90 days to contact Support.
If you do not receive your box by the delivery date and did not contact us within 60 days of the ship date, you will not receive a refund or a replacement box. Monthly boxes will be available for purchase in the ArtSnack Shop mid-way through the month (while supplies last). You may repurchase a box from the shop at that time.
