I might have the wrong address on my box. Help!

Every month, a shipping notification will be sent to you via email with a tracking number in it. Keep an eye on the tracking information for all updates on your box. We unfortunately have no control over the mail, and can only view the same information as you.

 

Domestic Shipments:

If you do not receive your box after it's marked as "delivered," you have 60 days from the box ship date to contact us regarding your missing box. Customers who contact support within those 60 days are eligible for a refund or a replacement box.

If you do not receive your box after it's been marked as "delivered" and did not contact us within 60 days of the ship date, you will not receive a refund or a replacement box. Previous boxes are usually available for purchase in the ArtSnack Shop (while supplies last). You may repurchase a box from the shop at that time.

 

International Shipments:

If you do not receive your box after it's marked as "delivered," you have 90 days from the box ship date to contact us regarding your missing box. Customers who contact support within those 90 days are eligible for a refund, and in some cases, a replacement box. Due to the difference in exchange rates and high shipping costs, we cannot guarantee a replacement box.
