I have a broken product in my box. What do I do?

We're so sorry your box has a damaged product! All of our boxes are picked, packed, and shipped by hand, so this may have been an oversight on our part, or something that occurred during transit. Deepest apologies.

That being said, shoot us an email and a photo of the damaged item to support@artsnacks.co, and we will assess the damage to see if you're eligible for a replacement.* Once confirmed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to ship.
