I haven't received my box. Help!

We're sorry that your box hasn't made it to its final destination. Every month, a shipping notification will be sent to you via email with a tracking number in it. This tracking number will tell you where your box is traveling to, as well as provide a projected delivery date.

Domestic Shipments:

If you do not receive your box by the delivery date, you have 60 days from the box ship date to contact us regarding your missing box. Customers who contact Support within those 60 days are eligible for a refund or a replacement box.

If your tracking number link says that your box was "undeliverable," "returned to sender," or some other error message, please contact us at support@artsnacks.co. We would be happy to investigate and further assist. Please make sure your shipping address is updated via your user account to ensure future shipments will be shipped correctly.

International Shipments:

If you do not receive your box by the delivery date, you have 90 days from the box ship date to contact us regarding your missing box. Customers who contact Support within those 90 days are eligible for a refund. Due to the difference in exchange rates and high shipping costs, we cannot ship out a replacement box. 

If your tracking number link says that your box was "undeliverable," "returned to sender," or some other error message, please contact us at support@artsnacks.co. If your tracking number link does not have an error message, but you still haven't received your box, then your box is still in transit. Please allow a few extra days for your box to make it to you.
