I haven't received my box. Help!

We're sorry your box hasn't made it to its final destination! Every month, a shipping notification will be sent to you via email with a tracking number in it. Keep an eye on the tracking information for all updates on your box. We unfortunately have no control over the mail, and can only view the same information as you.


If your box was marked as "delivered," and you haven't received it, see this page.


Domestic Shipments:

If you do not receive your box after it's marked as "delivered," you have 60 days from the box ship date to contact us regarding your missing box. Customers who contact support within those 60 days are eligible for a refund or a replacement box.

If your tracking information says your box was "undeliverable," "returned to sender," or gives some other error message, please contact us at support@artsnacks.co. We would be happy to investigate and further assist you. Please make sure your shipping address is updated on your account to ensure future shipments will be shipped correctly.


International Shipments:

If you do not receive your box after it's marked as "delivered," you have 90 days from the box ship date to contact us regarding your missing box. Customers who contact support within those 90 days are eligible for a refund, and in some cases, a replacement box. Due to the difference in exchange rates and high shipping costs, we cannot guarantee a replacement box.

If your tracking information says your box was "undeliverable," "returned to sender," or gives some other error message, please contact us at support@artsnacks.co. If your tracking information does not have an error message, your box is still in transit. Please allow a few extra days for your box to make it to you.
