How do I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, log into your account here.

*If you are having issues with logging into your account, click here for some tips on properly logging in.

1. Once you're logged in, click "My Subscriptions" on the righthand side.

2. Click "manage subscription" on the subscription you'd like to update the address.

3. Click "change" under shipping address.

4. Enter the new address and click "update address."

5. This change will go into effect starting with your next box. If you need to change the shipping address for a box you've paid for that has not shipped out yet, please email us at

PLEASE NOTE: Changing the default address on your main account page does NOT affect subscriptions. If you'd like to change your delivery address for your subscription, you have to do so under "My Subscriptions" as stated above.
