What’s your cancellation policy?

While we hope you'll continue discovering new art supplies and techniques, we understand sometimes you just need to take a break!

Month-to-month subscription: If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, but you've already be billed for another box, email us at support@artsnacks.co and we will assist you.

6 or 12 month subscriptions: These subscription plans can only be canceled within the first month. If you decide to cancel in the middle of your subscription cycle, you will receive a prorated refund for the boxes remaining on the subscription. Please email us at support@artsnacks.co and we will assist you.

All of our subscription plans renew at the end of their subscription cycles. This is not a feature you can turn off. You will be notified via email when your auto-renewal is seven days away, and given the opportunity to cancel or modify your account at that time.

Please note: If you cancel your subscription before receiving all boxes on your plan, you will not automatically receive the remaining boxes or a prorated refund unless you email us. Reach out to support@artsnacks.co for assistance with this.
