There’s a broken product in my order. What do I do?

We're so sorry your order arrived damaged! All of our orders are picked, packed, and shipped by hand, so this may have been an oversight on our part, or something that occurred during transit. Deepest apologies.

That being said, shoot us an email and a photo of the damaged item to support@artsnacks.co, and we will assess the damage to see if you're eligible for a replacement.* All issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Once confirmed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to ship.
